I'ts a Multicultural World After All...

It's imposible to say that a culture is not touched or influenced by another one. This, in fact, has been happening for many years, and it has built the world as we know it today.

In these days, the internet and the other mass media make it easy to have all this cultural barter, even when you don't have the opportunity to travel a lot. If you ask me, this is one of the greatest qualities of the web.

But I'm sure I don't need to explain that. Each one of us has lived at least one experience in contact with another culture, and I bet we can find one relative or friend that has married someone from a different country.

Even a mexican who lives in a small city like me, can have the opportunity to interact with different cultures without living her country. I just love that!

What about you? Do you have a multicutural experience to share?

  2. We're lucky to live in Morelia as we could be living in cities like Lazaro Cardenas. There are levels of multiculturalism between the cities. Ours is good compared to other mexican cities, but there's a huge lack of multiculturalism if it's compared with other cities around the world.
